As a benefit consultant, this is an easy answer…because I help people. 

Why do I continue to work into three decades in this wonderful business? 

Why do I believe in hosting regular employee meetings and being part of on-boarding process?

Because I LOVE to help people. Perhaps cliché, but true in its simplicity.

In my opinion, employee group benefits is the only form of insurance that is proactive. Let that sink in.
